Gluten-Free Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
Vanilla yogurt
Frozen banana, peaches and frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries) whatever you prefer
1/8 cup of ground flax seed.
Directions:
Combine ingredients and mix in the blender and drink. Delicious and filling.
*Alternative to flax: blend up 1/4th cup (per serving) of blanched almonds in small amount of milk/ juice/water before
adding the yogurt and frozen fruit.
