What Is ROCK?
R.O.C.K. stands for Raising Our Celiac Kids. The first chapter started in California about 10 years ago.
R.O.C.K.`s Twin Cities chapter is one of 65 chapters across the United States. The local chapter started in
1999 with just a handful of families. The group is now over 100 families strong! Members have one special
bond: raising a family that has a child or children that must remain gluten-free. It is a challenge. That is why
we come together monthly to share information about gluten-free products, shopping for food, dining out,
diagnosis, and other frustrations and joys that come along with being the parent of a celiac child.
