This coordinator position organizes a good old fashioned Cookie Exchange with a twist - it's all gluten free! Responsibilities include soliciting for participants, monitor what everyone is bringing, communicate how many cookies each person is to make and how they are to be divided, secure and communicate location of the exchange and collect, compile and e-mail the recipes to the group.

This coordinator position creates a fun summer event for the teenagers in the group. How about a Saints Game tail-gating in the parking lot - gluten free of course! Or a picnic at Como Park? Or bowling at the place where they serve gluten free pizza?Reponsibilities include choosing / scheduling a venue, sending invites and reminders, soliciting participants to bring food / recipes, monitor what everyone is bringing and collect, compile and e-mail recipes to the group. Help also needed for day-of activities like set-up, serving and clean-up.

The top goals of the Twin Cities ROCK group are education and increased public awareness of Celiac Disease. In order to meet those goals. Experienced members from our group are needed to help meet these goals of education and awareness of not only celiac but about Twin Cities ROCK as well. Opportunities exist at the walk, retail stores that have Gluten-Free days and schools.

This opportunity actually earns money for the group. Just sign up to taste test food with Food Perspectives, Inc. and earn money for Twin Cities ROCK at the same time! They will send you surveys in e-mail to see if you qualify for a taste test. When you participate, Twin Cities ROCK earns money. You are allowed to particate every two months and you are reimbursed expenses.
