R.O.C.K. NORTH MEETINGS: They are held the last Tuesday of the month (except for December /
January) at 7:00 p.m. We now meet at a new location: Plymouth Fresh and Natural Store in the Four
Seasons Mall. Call Julie at 763-694-9359.
Directions to Plymouth Fresh and Natural: Address: 4232 Lancaster Ln., Plymouth, MN.
Go west on the Rockford Road (Co. Rd. 9) exit off of Hwy. 169. Rockford Road is south of I-694 and
north of I-394. Take a left at the first stop light, which is Lancaster Ln. Then take the first left into the
mall parking lot. We will be meeting in the deli dining area in the front of the store by the cash
registers. If you want to shop before the meeting, the Fresh and Natural staff will be willing to keep
items in the cooler for you during the meeting, but you will need to get your items or make any final
purchases before 9pm.
R.O.C.K. SOUTH MEETINGS: This group meets on the second Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
Meetings are held at Valley Natural Foods in Burnsville. If you have any questions, contact Sandra

Directions: Valley Natural Foods is located off of 35E (exit 90) on the corner of Co. Rd. 11 and
McAndrews Rd. Their address is 13750 Co. Rd 11, Burnsville, MN 55337.
From the North: Take 35E south to exit 90; take exit and turn left on Co. Rd. 11; turn right into our
parking lot past the second stop-light.
From the South: Take 35E north to exit 90; take exit and turn right on Co. Rd. 11; turn right into our
parking lot past one stop-light.
From Cedar Avenue (77): take Co. Rd. 38 (turn left if traveling north from Apple Valley or turn right if
traveling south from Minneapolis); continue one mile on Co. Rd. 38 (which becomes McAndrews
Road); go thru the Co. Rd 11 intersection & continue past the Valley Natural Foods building; turn
right on Frontier Court; take the first driveway to the right and continue to our parking lot.

From the North:
From I-394, go South on Hwy 100 for 5.6 miles. Take the Benton Avenue Exit.
At the end of the Exit ramp, there is a stop sign. Turn Left. (You’re turning left onto Benton Avenue.)
Benton Avenue will cross over Highway 100. Turn Left onto Normandale Road/Normandale Blvd.
(This is the frontage road on the East side of Hwy 100) Turn Slight right to stay on Normandale
Rd/Blvd Go down Normandale Rd/Blvd. The Edina Community Center is the big school building on
your right. At the stop sign, turn right onto South View Lane. Take the first left into the parking lot.
From the South:
From I-494, go North on Hwy 100 for 3.6 miles. Take the Eden Ave. /Vernon Ave. / W 50th Street Exit.
At the end of the ramp, take a slight right onto Grange Road. You will quickly come upon another
stop sign, go straight through this stop sign. (If you find yourself crossing over Highway 100, you
turned too far to the right. Turn around and turn right at the stop sign just after Perkins!)
You will be going down the frontage road on the East side of Hwy 100. Go ½ mile.
At the stop sign, turn left onto South View Lane. Take the first left into the parking lot.

doors) facing South View Lane. Upon entering the building,
go to the right and at the end of the hall you will find an
elevator and a staircase. We will be meeting in room 351
